3 Collards Grex is a combination of Old Timey Blue, Jernigan Yellow cabbage, and Ellen Felton Dark, selected for unprotected wintering in zone 6. Insect and disease resistance, with very diverse leaf shapes and colors.

Start indoors or in a greenhouse 4-6 weeks before planting out. Seeds can also be direct sowed when the soil can be worked.

Leaves can be harvested starting about 6 weeks after transplanting.
