Poblano peppers are a very mild chili. Fruits are large and blocky, and make a great stuffing pepper. They can also be smoke dried into ancho chilies. Plants can get tall and benefit from staking. Fruits can be harvested green or left to ripen till red.
Start indoors or in a greenhouse 8-10 week before last frost date. Transplant after last frost.
