Shishito peppers are a small, thin walled pepper, with lots of flavor. They are a “sweet” type with only the occasional fruit producing a bit of heat. Plants fruit prolifically and are normally harvested green, but will turn red in color when fully mature.

Start indoors or in a greenhouse 6-8+ week before last frost date. Transplant after last frost.

Days to maturity after transplant 55 green, 75 days red.
