Esoteric Agriculture has found this self sowing in his garden the past 4-6 years and comes true from seed. Vigorous, basically bush plants produce 6-8″ long green pods, Young pods are edible like green beans, immature peas can be shelled out and cooked, and mature pods contain very small tan and brown speckled seed. Cooks quickly with no presoaking from dry beans. Immune to common bean diseases, insects, and issues, and much more drought tolerant. Leaves are edible as well, and makes a great soil building cover crop.
